I am no chef, but couldn’t resist a new and high-tech bit of #stationery - the paper is made from stone, unusual and sometimes hard to find, but it’s water and grease resistant, unbelievably smooth due to the lack of fibres and well-suited to a messy environment. Just be sure to use waterproof ink. The back cover is magnetic to stop the notebook sliding around on steel kitchen surfaces. Very cool.
