On Wednesday, I ask Sue, so I know #B sucked but how was #VictoryCondition? ‘Excellent,’ said she. ‘And you know @jonjooneill is in it?’ AH! Last show this Saturday! So I snuck an extra show in this week, #49 of#2017 @royalcourttheatre because (a) haven’t been here for a while and (b) I saw #Unreachable twice last year on the strength of aforementioned thesp’s performance. I saw #NuclearBunker too, with Sharon Duncan-Brewster, but still trying to figure that one out.

#Show #48 of #2017 was a fabulous surprise at @parktheatre: #WeShadows about connecting the search for identity with #EnochPowell. I’ve learned more in one evening than I have in the last week. A slightly mushy start but found its rhythm quickly and settled into possibly the most insightful play I’ve ever seen… #londontheatre #theatre #london

OMG, turns out that #Show #47 of #2017 was Her Divine Highness #StVincent @o2academybrix. What a performance, Annie Clark alone on stage for 90 minutes and truly deserving of her Prince-substitute status. This gig is going take a week to sink in, and this is an artist I think we are all gonna have to catch up to because she is so far ahead of us. #future Well done @chk_chk for braving your stupid foot.

Show #46 of #2017 is another from #JamesGraham, #LabourOfLove, and I knew nothing about the play when I walked in. #MartinFreeman was indisposed, but no matter, because #TamsinGreig was cracking as always. Competing with #Ink a few doors down, it has to be said that Ink is the better play and production, due to some dodgy performances from the non-leads here and too much rambling, but still a good night of #londontheatre #theatre #london
