Man pacing behind box office at #nationaltheatre while enormous queue builds up. Spy ticket kiosks. Dash over, swipe card, many pieces of paper are printed. Including two tickets that I never collected for a show in 2012. A solid IT booking system, I would say. I think I went to this, not 100%. I hope I did. I think it was near Tower Bridge. #shunt #biscuitfactory
