Into week 7 of #noshampoo and hair is staggeringly soft, seems to require more brushing than normal to spread the natural oil but I’m saving about two hours a week in washing. Rather than becoming a no-care hair thing, it just needs different care, I.e. Brushing and coconut oil. So far, so good. #longhair
