#ALTJ: started well, ended well, unfortunately the middle was #Brexit converted to music and I felt like immediately leaving the country. They really can play together, sound of the trio was great, but songs a bit dull. New album is pretty good but there’s too many sleepy bedwetting tunes in the setlist. #FRANZFERDINAND: I first heard of them at the penultimate #Suede gig in 2003, at the Brixton Academy, when I walked past someone wearing a striking T-shirt with the FF logo on it. They must have been industry or something, because they barely had one single out. But it’s been almost twenty years and they’re still with us, playing a CV tiny club in #Kingston, thanks to @banquetrecords and their stellar line-up all year round.
