#SNAX: curiosity demands that I return from shopping trips to Chinatown or Korea Foods with one or two unknown snacks. This week, it is the turn of “Sichuan Gluten Strip Spicy Flavour” which is basically a synthetic jerky that could kill you. They’re individually-wrapped and even I need a glass of water on standby. I’ve eaten three in succession as they’re so addictive but my mouth is on fire now so I need to have a break. #vegetarian #glutenstrip #sichuansnacks
